When I emailed them for info initially, they replied less than 24 hours later, even when during the weekend. They were very detailed and made every step of the process easy. Within a week of that initial email, we had someone out at the house completing measurements. Our initial install day was scheduled for two weeks after my initial email, which we thought was so quick. Unfortunately because of the weather we needed to reschedule, but they were flexible and able to install the next day! That showed us that they’re dedicated to their customers! Install day went so smooth. They demoed and installed everything in a few hours. They even gave us tips on how to clean the countertops. They have great customer service and made the experience fun. If we ever need countertops installed again, they’ll definitely have our business!

We used Rock Solid Tops for granite countertops and a full-height backsplash, and they knocked it out of the park.
